I believe a first date should be casual, but some place that you can talk and not have to screm to hear each other...no movie (how can you talk like that), just some were conversation can take place!!

I like to go to a semi-quiet and kosher place so I can look at and talk to my date. In short quality one on one time.
Chat in a nice place over whatever favorite beverages we may have. After that move to a more "fun" place so we can come out of our shells a little bit. After that we can go whereever our hearts desire.
