I would recommend that you research bisexual and lesbian resources in Atlanta, since that is the largest city you live closest to. Find out what the activities are and start making some trips north when you can. Get involved with like-minded women through GLBT groups and make a few friends. Just "google" GLBT and Atlanta and that'll get you started with some things you might check out.
